Annyong! Today’s house of the day isn’t my favorite style but I wanted to remain open minded. The Classic Georgian house is on the market for $16 million and includes 8,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 6 washrooms. The home is in Seattle and more specifically, is located on Hunts Point on Lake Washington. Hunts Point looks like a giant middle finger / giant penis on the map:
Now that’s a big peninsula! Back to the home: it’s on 1.25 acres, was built in 1987, 6 parking spaces, and annual taxes of $93, 000. Also, there’s 92 feet of low-bank waterfront with a private dock as well as a separate guest cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. I do love the pine trees on the property and a great exterior – beautiful brick and garage. Again, not my style but it’s certainly well done:
