Could you imagine being an injured Ukrainian civilian in need of medical attention and sitting in a refugee camp with a shortage of doctors...you hear that Dr. Jill Biden from America is coming to help…only to find that when she arrives, she's there to prattle and smile into the camera? Still not a real doctor.
