Before we get to the house of the day, here are three photos from another open house with a weathered kitchen table, kitchen stools, and coffee table that I absolutely love:
As well, some of you know that I will one day have a cheese cave tucked deep away in my basement – a chamber with old brick and wood that looks like it could be buried 50 feet beneath the Roman city of Rome. Well, I found a bomb-ass shower to match my cheese cave:
And finally, the house of the day. I typically shun these gaudy McMansions but this one is so over the top, I had to share. The home is in Hillsboro Beach, Florida and was once on the market for $159 million before going to auction in the end of 2018.
